President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga could have enacted BBI for a fraction of the cost using their parliamentary and county assembly majorities. This is obvious to all who care to open their eyes.

Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga may be well meaning in their “journey to accomplish Kenya’s dreams since its independence”, is this really a country that can afford the top heavy governance structure that their Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) is proposing?
